The supermatrix phylogeny can be downloaded in full as a zip file. The file contains the ML tree and 1,000 bootstrap sample trees converted to dated chronograms that represent the phylogenetic information and uncertainty of the consensus supermatrix phylogeny. The first tree in the file is the maximum likelihood version. The complete supermatrix is also available in phylip format.
Alternatively, you can use our BeeTree pruner to obtain a subset of the species of interest from the supermatrix phylogeny.
